We help you turn your company into an agent-native one. Not with a deck — with a plan, a partner, and hands on the work.
Time with operators who have actually done it — not theorists with a framework.
A clear route from where you are to agent-native, built around your business — not a generic framework.
Advice paired with the team that can actually build it — the agency and the agents, ready to deploy.
The best AI opportunities aren't visible from the outside.
You find them by sitting next to the people doing the work. So we put a pod in the room: our engineers alongside your domain experts, rebuilding the workflow itself — not just automating a task.
The workflow is the unit of automation. One loop, repeated until it ships.
Diagnose. Roadmap. Build. Embed.
Engagements run 8–12 weeks, scoped and priced up front. Then the capability is yours.
Where you are. Which workflows, which systems, where headcount has you capped.
The sequence of agents to build, in priority order, with the business case on each.
We ship them with you, sprint by sprint. Every agent on probation until it's earned otherwise.
A framework, a deck, and a bill. The implementation is left as an exercise for the reader.
The questions everyone asks on the first call.
- What does an AI consultancy actually do?
- Most of them write the plan and hand it over. We write the plan and then build it with you. An AI consultancy that can't ship is a very expensive book club.
- How is this different from AI strategy consulting?
- AI strategy consulting usually ends at the strategy. Ours ends with agents running in production and your team able to maintain them. The deck is a by-product, not the deliverable.
- How long does AI transformation consulting take?
- Eight to twelve weeks for the first engagement. Diagnose, design, build, embed. Anyone quoting eighteen months is selling you a retainer, not a result.
- Do we need to be ready before we start?
- No — but it helps to know where you stand. The readiness assessment takes two minutes and tells you honestly whether this is the right moment.
- What does it cost?
- Scoped and priced before we start. No day rates, no open-ended invoices, no "scope conversations" in month three.
- What happens when you leave?
- Your team runs the fleet. That's the point of the embed phase — the capability stays. If you need us again it should be because you want to, not because you're stuck.
