What we collect, and what we don't.
Short version: we collect what you type into a form, and — only if you say yes — anonymous stats about which pages get read. We don't sell anything to anyone, and we don't run advertising.

Who we are
This site is operated by Nativs. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect when you fill in a form
Only what you type. Nothing is pre-filled from anywhere else, and we don't buy contact data.

Why: to reply to you and, if it goes that way, to quote for work. That's our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started. For the community signup it's to provide the service you asked for.
How long: we keep enquiries for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Cookies and analytics
Nothing that identifies you is set until you accept. The banner defaults to denied — if you ignore it, or decline it, no analytics cookies are set at all.

The first two are only ever set after you press Accept. We run no advertising, remarketing or social tracking pixels.
Fonts are served from this site rather than a font CDN, so loading a page doesn't quietly tell a third party you were here.

Who else touches your data
- Netlify — hosts the site and receives form submissions. Netlify is a US company, so your enquiry is processed outside the UK under their standard data processing agreement and the safeguards it sets out for international transfers.
- Google — Analytics, and only if you accepted. Data may be processed outside the UK under Google's standard contractual clauses.
Nobody else. We don't sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to us using it. Email privacy@nativs.ai and we'll respond within one month.
If you think we've handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd rather you told us first so we can put it right.
Changes
If this changes materially we'll update the date at the top. We won't quietly start doing something with your data that this page says we don't.
